Next Rewind is a participant in affiliate marketing programs, including but not limited to the Amazon Associates Program. This means we earn a commission, at no additional cost to you, when you click an outbound link on our site and complete a purchase at the linked retailer.

What we are required to disclose

Under U.S. Federal Trade Commission guidelines, any material connection between a publisher and a brand whose products it recommends must be disclosed clearly and conspicuously. We do this in three places:

• On every product post, in the buy card module that sits next to the article.
• In the footer of every page on the site.
• On this dedicated disclosure page.

"We may earn a commission when you buy through links on our site" is not a euphemism. We do earn a commission. We are telling you so you can factor it into how you read what we recommend.

How this affects what we cover

It doesn't. Editorial decisions on Next Rewind are made independently of affiliate considerations. We routinely cover products we do not have an affiliate relationship with, and we routinely decline to cover products that we do, on the basis that they don't meet our editorial threshold.

If a product is recommended on Next Rewind, it is because the editor believes it is correct on the merits — not because it is the highest-paying option in its category.

Programs we participate in

We are participants in, among others: the Amazon Associates Program, and various retailer-specific affiliate networks (Skimlinks, Impact, Awin, and others as we onboard them).

As an Amazon Associate, Next Rewind earns from qualifying purchases.

Prices

All prices displayed on Next Rewind are labeled with the date they were accurate as of. Prices may change without notice; the retailer's site is the source of truth at the moment of purchase. See our editorial standards for how we handle pricing for Amazon-sold products specifically.
